Defective Daybed from Rochester

I bought a couch last year October and the daybed had defects from arrival, I requested the daybed to be replaced but they brought defective ones over and over again and the warehouse even send their own technicians to inspect the couch and they confirmed the defective daybeds. Even today the daybed is still defective and they don't want to replace it after complaining so many times.
