Debit order issue now my problem

Hi Got a phone call and sms today that I need to make payment as my account is overdue and this will impact my credit score negatively.Wow what a surprise as my account is on debit order with you guys and can run anytime from the 1st right through to the 3rd. First of all I DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUR DEBIT ORDER SYSTEM.If there is a problem sort it on your side.I think you guys are forgetting that WE the loyal customers which still support your group is actually still carrying your company.Do not treat us like ********* if there is a problem on your side. Thanks
