Daylight online *******!

This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had! I bought bar chairs from the online shopping portal, there was no indication that there are challenges with shipping due to Covid delays (something several other online stores indicate boldly). Soon after paying for my order I received an email that there are delays with orders but these can be tracked and a tracking reference was provided. This reference does NOT exist when followed, the order has no update 3 weeks later and all lines of communication lead to confused/ uninformed call center agents. I have tried now several times to either cancel the order and get my money back or get an update on shipping to no avail. I would 100% not recommend the Rochester online shop!
