Damaged pedestals an undelivered goods- bad service

I bought a bed at Rochester Centurion mall on the 25/11/2017. The items I bought was the bed set with a bench for free, 2 wooden pedestals and a matrass. To-date Rochester has only delivered 2 pedestals to my house. One of the delivered pedestals is damaged. I have made of attempts to follow-up on delivery of the bed set and the remaining items but each time am sent from pillar to post.

The warehouse initially called me on the 27/11/2017 to say they will deliver on the 28/11/2017. They didn't deliver not call to say they are longer coming to deliver. I called Richard who i am told is the store manager and he said he will follow-up and get back to me. 10 minutes later he called to say the shipment has been dispatched and its on its way for delivery on Thursday. No delivery on Thursday COB. Friday delivered damaged pedestals. I call he was going to get back to me and never did. Saturday i gave him a ring and he said he was driving he wil get back to me till when i called him again Tuesday 05/12/2017. He still doesn't have an answer for me regarding my delivery and posibly pick-up of the damaged pedestal. Monday 05/12/2017 i received a all from customer service for cusomer satistafction i explained my experience said she will log an official complaint and i wil recieve an sms which i never got. I left my numbers and a voice message for Vincent the Regional sales maneger who still hasn't made an effort to hear my compplain.
