Damaged items

I purchased dinning room room suite and a plasma stand for my mom in Musina via the phone in Makhado branch in Limpopo it was delivered the following the dinner room one of the chairs was damaged which my mom reported a few minutes after delivery,the driver who delivered did not even inspect the items with my mom when delivered,they were already at the gate after my mom called them for an invoice. She had to do the inspection by herself which is when the fault was identified. I then called the makhado branch immediately and the lady that assisted who i still have her cellphone number said to me she will issue a complain which was two weeks ago,i have been calling her on her cellphone with no avail as that wad the forn of communication she was using.i need a replacement for this chair i paid cash and now the service im getting is disgusting if i nay say.
