damaged goods taking forever to be replaced!

I bought a Lounge set in October 2014. The table provided came damaged and it was reported to the store immediately. The store asked for pictures, this was provided to them. All of this was done in less than 7 days of purchase. The store has been giving us the run around regarding the replacement of the damaged table. My mother has been going back and forth to the store to ask when the store is replacing the unit, the store keeps saying they waiting for the order but no solid feedback has been given. I have tried to contact the store and they (Rodney) kept saying the store manager will contact me, however the store manager has not contacted me regarding the issue after being told the same thing twice. We still have the damaged table delivered damaged after paying about R20 000 for the lounge set. Unacceptable service from Rochester Polokwane! It has been 4 months now since the date of purchase.
