Damaged goods, poor service, lack of feedback

I bought upper leather couches from Rochester in September 2014, by the time it hit December the couches were starting to tear. I reported the matter to Mall@reds Rochester end of December and submitted a Service Request form at the beginning of January 2015. It took time for me to get feedback regarding the request till i had to make follow up myself with the service agent Crisanda. Mid Feb they promised to collect the couches on the 5th of March 2015. I made a follow up regarding the times that they will be arriving to pick up the couches on the 5th of March and the only response i received was that the driver would call an hour before pick up. And since then i have not hears from anyone regarding the couches i tried to email this morning to follow up as to what happened with the pick up arrangement and i still haven't received any feedback. I am not pleased at all with the level of service i have received thus far to such an extent that I am getting legal advice from my lawyer on terminating my contract with the Rochester if this is how customers are treated. The least that could have been done is kept me informed about every thing regarding my request and Rochester has failed
