Damaged Couches

Last year I went to the branch to buy Leather Couches,I chose the couches with the help of Edwin salesperson and I paid R23000-00 cash & now I've discovered that actually these are not genuine leather couches as the plastic material is peeling off and I went to them to lodge a complaint and they promised to come and fetch them in three days time,up to now (a month later) they have not come or contacted me.Please help me.
