Damaged couch / Bad quality within 3 months

I bought the Grey L shaped couch in December 2024. I realised on the day of delivery that the plastic net at the bottom of the couch as well as scratches by the backrest ares, I went back to New Market Rochester, where I bought the couch . I told them to note it but I was not as and was not asking for anything then (Dec 2024). Sometime in March 2025 when I was cleaning, I saw an opening on backrest cushions. I went back to Rochester and they have been promising thst someone is coming to fix my couch. When I call they are saying I don't answer their calls. I am not sure how this is going to be fixed. I paid a heavy amount for the quality of couch I received. Really disappointed
