Damaged Couch

I bought a very expensive couch from Rochester. It was delivered, but was damaged. I made contact with Rochester and they brought another couch - also damaged. They brought a third couch- also damaged! Why can't they just deliver a couch that is in perfect condition?? I sent emails to customer support and even the CEO - no reply.
