Damaged Couch
I bought a couch last year cash and it hasn't been a year since I had that couch but it is already damaged. Went to report it countless times at Rochester but they always have no straight answer for me, they keep telling me I must wait. Now I don't know how much longer I must wait because I have been waiting since mid May till now. I even called the Head office some time ago and they said they will sort it out. And again they have not.
