Damage Item from Rochester

this is my 3rd review on Rochester at Reds mall Centurion, i spoke on email to Mr Vincent Store manager, he to date has not responded to my complain, 3years ago I have bought a base and mattress from their shop, it has a 10year warranty, the mattress has sunk in and very uncomfortable to sleep on, i have sent photos to Mr Vincent, but no reply, his Excuse they want the account, I have given our name and address and the reference number, apparently, they moved on a new system , so all out information got lost, this very unprofessional of them, no help from them.

I am sick and tired of him trying to assist where he does absolutely nothing, the bed is getting worse,

please assist as I don't know what more to do
