Customer money not refunded.

I bought a headboard which they eventually told me that they won't be delivering. I asked for my money back, they said it'll take 5-7 days to refund, this was on 12 August 2021. I still haven't received my money back, it's almost two weeks. Rochester does not only offer bad service, they ***** customers money too.
