Customer Care from JDG and Rochester

Good Morning,

We bought two Italia 2.5 Div leather couches from Rochester Witbank in 2014. I have tried to get hold of Rochester head office to no avail. I also lodge my complaint (31 August 2018) on JDG (customer care) website but did not received any feedback

The problem with couches are that the leather is peeling off on one of the cushions. On another cushion the seams are also peeling off. Gunuine leather is not supposed to have the problems as mentioned.

I hope that that the management team will take note and action.
