******** company, My driver did a job for you in March after being contacted by Thabang at the stoneridge branch. We have worked with Rochester previously you said you had an urgent delivery.We expect to be paid cash by you or the customer on deliver and this was STATED to us by Thabang but when the delivery was completed he ONLY then informed us that we have to supply a vendor number .Attempts to rectify this misunderstanding have failed with the branch manager basically lying over and over again.Truly disappointing seeing as you are supposed to be a respectable company. it's not even a large ammount of money.
