Credit application with Rochester

I have had the worst service with Rochester. After giving me the run around just to apply for credit, I first app**** at one branch then to complete the application I had to go start over at another branch as their system was down. I was not aware that starting again would mean another credit enquiry which as now affected my credit rating. After all of this and request for accountants confirmation of income and another request and the list went on and on,. This was a 3 weeks process, I am kow told that that can process a debit order against my business bank account and that I must start the process again. I don't understand this because fnb told me there is no such. This company does not care about customer service. No one calls you, your have to call them and I had to go there to be told they can't proceed although everything has being approved, the debit order can't go through on a business account. Appalling service, bad treatment. They don't value customers.
