Cracked base set

My name is Lulu I bought a base set from Rochester and it has now cracked because it only has one support beam, it has a 2nd hole for the support beam but it was not installed with other parts, I've sent 2 emails and went to the shop I bought it and no response! It's almost 2 months that I'm sleeping on the floor because I didn't want to make the crack worse!!
