Couches(bought 15/05/2019) damaged in less than 3 months and no exchange/refund till today

i bought couches at Rochester Home Decor Maponya Mall on the 15th of May 2019 for R30 000 cash. 2 months late we noticed that the stitches are coming out. we complained the took 1 couch for testing and confirmed that they have a problem. 2 months later they came with old torn couches to try and exchange them but my mom refused, till today they haven't deliver anything(i think they taking advantage because my mom is old and i'm not available at home). they keep promising but they never deliver. Rochester Home Decor Services is very bad i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
