Couches went back for repairs
I bought genuine leather couches which were delivered around 24th of October 2014. Within three months of delivery, the stitches started coming out. I called Rochester and they came to collect the couches for repair. They said it would take 2 weeks for the couches to be back but now it's almost a month without my couches. I need someone to explain why they are taking such a long time to repair them. I am tired of waiting for them .

We have confirmed that your repair has been completed, we await a return from the supplier and will arrange the delivery to you as soon as possible.
We will address the branch with regards to repair information as the estimated lead time for any standard rectification is between 3-4 weeks.
