Couches gone wrong and no one cares to have a look. Pathetic service

The most pathetic customer service ever. I bought a cough from Rochester Carnival and unfortunately from day 1 I had concerns. One of the couches was showing signs of a lift, now all three are having the same issue. After contacting Rochester online and then called their head office they gave me a reference and Still a month later no one came as promised. Their Instagram is as useless, I’ve been asked the same questions all over and over again. I do not want these couches anymore. Clearly I’m no longer buying from Rochester ever again.
