Couch not in order and two months without it.

I bought a couch last year August at Rochester , however i experience a problem with it, i spoke to Prisca at Wonderpark Mall store to lodge a call for me which was logged with the following reference number CO-***. On the 8 July 2020 my couch was collected by the drivers. On the 18 July 2020 my couch was delivered only to find that it was not fixed so i returned it back. i once got a call from Charlotte from the warehouse however till now i have not receive my couch. No feedback received till now and they are deducting my account monthly without a doubt with something i don't have. It has been two months without a couch .
