Couch frame broken 2 years in a row
<p>I purchased my couches in May 2013.</p> <p>My couch went in fro repairs in January 2015 due to the frame being damaged. This year the same issue has reoccured and I have requested a loan couch and I am told this is not the practice at Rochestor.</p> <p>What is my family supposed to utilise in the interim while my 3 seater couch is at repairs? This is unacceptable that i have to suffer when the poor quality of the product lies with the store.</p>
