I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. My delivery, which was scheduled for today between 5pm and 6pm, did not arrive as promised. After placing my order, I contacted your team to arrange this specific delivery time, and was assured it would not be an issue since the last delivery is at 6pm. However, at 9am this morning, the driver called to say they were on their way, despite my clear instructions that I would not be home until the scheduled time.

Later, I was contacted by Tsebo, who I believe is from the warehouse, asking if I had confirmed the delivery time with the driver. I reiterated that I had arranged delivery between 5pm and 6pm. Tsebo was supposed to confirm this with the driver and call me back, but I never received a follow-up. As a customer, I should not be responsible for coordinating with third parties; this is your company’s responsibility.

Throughout the day, I repeatedly tried to reach Tsebo from 12pm to 5pm, but received no response. Ultimately, my couch was not delivered and I received no communication except an SMS stating the delivery would not happen today. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, especially given the amount I spent. I will not purchase from Rochester again or recommend your services.
