I ordered a lounge suite and they told us that it will be delivered by Monday. Monday arrived and they told us that it is on its way. It never came. The next day they told us that our lounge suite is out of stock. Then why did they tell us in the first place it is out for delivery. The sales lady Koketso told us to give her a day and she will sort it out. After a few minutes she told us she's tired and she has a headache and she was a total *****. They kept making excuses and this is the second order we had with them and they played us both times.
