Complaint RO-SEAL-***

In May 2019 I purchased a Sealy Bed & Base set from Rochester Witbank. Delivery of the bed was done in June. Now 2-3months down the line the base is broken inside by one of the feet. I have placed a complaint with Rochester online, Sealy have authorised the exchange but no-one is getting back to me as to when this will happen. I have had to run after them to get answers and still the issue is not resolved. Rochester customer service is extremely poor.
