Complaint report againt Rochester at lifestyle centurion

I bought Hamilton reclyners and ggey are making squeecky noise as if they are incorrectly installed. When I logged a fault with Rochester at centurion lifestyle center where I bought them

They keep on requesting for videos and when I sent they need different videos. They are more of playing games instead of assisting me

I asked them to send consultants to check and give them a report, they have not responded to that.

I just need my money back, they can take back their sofas.
