complaint regarding staff that care less
I app**** for an account with Rochester and everything went well, i wanted to buy lounge suit and be delivered on the 15th of august and i called them Wednesday and they didn't i called again Thursday (13 August 2015)and i was told the lounge suit is out of stock and i understood but now my problem is they don't update me as a customer
