Complaint not attended to 2 months later

Sent a couch in to be re-puffed and paid. Within a week of receiving the couch I complained that I can feel the springs and one of the couches is softer than it was when I sent it in. I have been requesting feedback from Marshall then Ngonidzashe then Nico for the past 2 months with no feedback. Nico requested I contact Vincent now who never answers my calls.
