COMPLAINT AGAINST ROCHESTER WITBANK
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to lay a complaint against Rochester (Witbank). I bought a lounge suite for R 20 000 order number: 467447. Everything went fine until delivery stage when they delivered couches with different colours.O have taken up the issue with the sales person Ronald and he has engaged with his Manager but I still get the same answer it has been ordered.its been 3 months now and still to rectification to the mistake. There is currently no stock of the same suite at our warehouse, and the order will take approximately 6 to 7 weeks to arrive.
If you would prefer choosing a different suite, we will give you credit for the purchase value in order to do so.
