Complaint against Rochester Ferndale Randburg

I bought a couch at Rochester Ferndale in October 2020. I called the manager in November and he asked me to come to the shop and when I arrived, he was off and I left the message to the lady to ask him to call me but he never called me. In January 2021 I called again and he said I he is waiting for the stock and I waited. After 2 weeks I called again we argued and he dropped a call as I felt he is treating me like a fool since I'm black. I called JDG head office and found customer service manager and he spoke to them and arranged for the couch to be fetched and they did on the 24 February 2021 and I was promised my refund in 7 days time by the salesperson but up to today I haven't received it. Yesterday on the 17 March 2021 , I went with my sister and the guy didn't want to give me my refund or exchange and telling stories that I didn't understand. He was so rude and even challenged us as woman to fight him , we left the shop and he followed us . We have all the videos .
