Rochester in Nelspruit,

We bought a couch on the 01st of November 2022, The lady who was helping us was so *********** and unprofessional. After we paid for the couch we were told to hire a transport and fetch it at their warehouse or storage in Karino. which is about 20 km, and if we were told before the purchase and made a choice if we happy with that or not. Instead they made a scene that there's nothing they can do about I'm so disappointed in Rochester and their poor administration service.

It's so unacceptable to let customer purchase and tell them that the goods are not at the store but storage, if you want it to be delivered by them it takes about 3 to 4 days. All this information need to be provided before purchasing to avoid conflicts.
