complain

their service is unpleasant, not considerate at all. we bought lennox corner couch worth R19 000 cash on the 30th Nov 2025 and it was delivered on the 9th Dec and it has a deep scratch on it besides it's huge for our living area, so we lodged a complain and asked for them to come collect it, we then topped up on the 11th Dec and ended up paying R22 000 for another couch, we are being ignored now, nobody says anything unless we call them, still stuck with the scratched couch and still haven't gotten our second order
