Coffee tables not delivered to date

I bought couches, coffee table and TV stand, these were delivered on 17 November 2021.

The coffee table comes as a set of 3, they only delivered 1. When enquiring with the shop they advised that they will deliver the rest within 7 days. The complaint number is ***, I have been following up and escalated the matter numerous times still no tables have been delivered to date.

I am so frustrated, with the sales consultant, the complaint call centre as well as the warehouse. Every time I call they refer me to someone else.
