Clearwater branch BAD service!!!

Bought a couch in December 2019, the ottoman they delivered is broken I have reported this issue since December 2019. I've been promised a 100 times that they would collect and replace my ottoman. I call the Clearwater store daily and all I get is empty promises. The Customer care agents are rude and useless. I would never recommend Rochester to anyone.
