Can’t fix their own mistake

I’m so disappointed with Rochester. I had so much faith in them. It was so easy for them to deliver me the wrong couch but it looks like I’m going to need a miracle to get it collected and receive the right couch I ordered. I was told to relax and use the couch so long because the return process can take forever! There’s no way I can use this couch when it’s facing the wrong direction. I’m stuck with a half box and plastic covered couch and I can’t do nothing about it apparently
