Cancel Debit and pay all the unscheduled debit charges

I have an acc with Rochester Furniture, Acc no:***. The dispute with them it’s about debits date agreement, our contract agreement we signed state that they will debit only on 25th each month.

But Rochester will always come on day before 25th, example Nov debit went off on the 24th and October debit went off on the 23th, those are fresh incidents, you can check backwards.

All unscheduled debit orders from them, they have carried a charge of R100 each and lowering my credit profile on Credit Bureau.

I have logged a compliant with them, but they have refer me to another company called, JC Century Capital which they said is handling their accounts

I have been in contact with their account queries consultants, Lerato Maile and Brenda Mhlangele, they refused to help me, gave me attitude,

What I want is to be paid back all the charges accumulated each month that I was debited earlier and my debit to be cancelled, I will make payments myself and all the consultants that were involved call me and apologise for unfair treatment.

Please help me to resolve these disputes
