Call centre

I have a problem with Roschester call centre, there is a lady who called and asked me to confirm my date of birth which I did. Then, the next thing she told me to give Ledimo the phone she doesn't want to talk to me and hang up the phone. What was that all about? Not professional at all and have notice that the payment I have made on the 16th of Sep of an amount of R500 via EFT is still not allocated.
