Buying a leather reclining lounge suite

Delivery time from date of purchase not met after four different delivery dates and me threten to cancel the deal the supposed to be 5 action leather recliner was delivered and it was only a 3 action recliner and a two seater couch that was damaged. I phoned the store manager Monica after no joy from the sales person Mohamed and explained to her that this is not what the salesman sold to us and the couch is damaged and sugested that she must swop it with the demo on their floor after no joy I canceled the deal as i did not want to deal with Rochester Strubens valey any more as they have no wish for happy customers and also no rush to pay back my money that i paid directly without delay i must wait up to 10 working days
