BROKEN GOODS BEING SOLD TO CUSTOMERS!!!

Do not ever buy anything from this store.

Customer service is shocking. They sell you broken goods and refuse to replace the item.

I bought a ladder shelf (Pama 4 Tier Display Shelf) from them, had to wait an hour and a half outside their warehouse for them to bring the item out to us and then when we go home and opened the box noticed that the shelf was broken. Took the shelf back for them to exchange it, at which stage they refused and advise we should have checked it before leaving the warehouse. 1. We had been waiting for an hour and a half which made us late for work 2. Why did they not open the box in front of us to check the item, like every other store!!! 3. We were never offered delivery of the item, we were just told we needed to fetch it from the warehouse.

I do not recommend this store nor will I EVER support this store again.
