Broken furniture on delivery

I bought 2 pedestals, on delivery one was broken (the leg) I called them same day was given a ref number New Call: Reference. ***) this was on the 11Nov. NO feedback I did a follow up still I was told the warehouse/ deliveries willcall me of which they did not.
