Broke or broken arm rest

I bought the Couches from Rochester furniture for R40000 I realize the arm rest was having a problem and making strange sound in less than 6 days. While sitting on the couch they delivered on the 23rd December 2025 and call, send message on the 29th December 2025 but even now no respond from the the shop keeps on said they escalated. I shouldn't worry the supplier will communicate but there is nothing happening even now
