Black Friday ****mers

Rochester Advertise a Black Friday sale on a couch. I phone my local store who confirmed they have stock. on the website they show the sale is available from 30 Nov - 2nd Dec Today is the 1st Dec I try to buy the couch x 2 online, the price goes back up to original price. I phone the store then customer services. Customer services tell me no stock available then I advise there is stock at my local store. They then hang up on me when I ask why I cannot buy the couches at the sale price that is displayed online valid till 2nd Dec. I have screenshot of the ad where it shows Black Friday sale prices. Doesn't say anything about only a few for sale at this price etc.

When an item is displayed at discounted rate till a certain date, this needs to be honored especially when I know there are 11 couches in stock.
