Horrible service from Rochester. I bought couches from them and within a week i realised that they were faulty, i then informed the store and the manager took me from pillar to post. From Sep 2019 when n i logged the query they only picked them up in January 2020 and came back to me in March saying they are fine. I refused to take them back, because how can you buy furniture and within a week it needs to be fixed. I then told them that i would need different couches cause i dont trust that those ones wont need to be fixed again and they said they will need to escalate. So when i went to the store they said there is a new store manager and now i have to start afresh. So since January 2020 i have been paying for something that i still dont have.
