beyond disappointed
It's the second time I have a complaint about Rochester over a matter they still haven't fixed! Id advice anyone that wants furniture not to bother themselves with Rochester!!!!! Rochester does not care about their customers!!!!! Thank for nothing!!!! Now my lawyer will do the talking and I've also lodged a complaint with NCR!!!! And I advice everyone else with an issue with rochester to lodge it with NCR
