Been waiting for my couch since mid May

Purchased a couch online in mid May 2020 and I am still waiting for delivery. I have already lodged a complaint and have been told all sort of stories. Today I received feedback that I had canceled my order of which is untrue. Now I have to wait again since they are only reprocessing the order again. I am beyond angry, nothing I do seem to work. I'm still in contact with them however I am not sure if I will ever receive my couch.
