BED AND MATTRESS COMPLAIN

I bought base and mattress at Rochester Matlosana Mall in Klerksdorp, less than 12 months the base in the middle of it had a little hole that makes it noisy i went to the store for assistance, i laid a complain in Feb and was told that i will be exchange till today its May it is not exchanged i made numerous follow up am being told that the Simmons Warehouse does not have any order coming from Johannesburg to Klerksdorp to send the new one, for me its the poorest service i have ever had. I bought it for R13000 that's a lot of money and not enjoy the product only if i knew i will go through this ordeal i would have bought it at the other competitor :(
