Be warned about rochester and their Abacus insurance.

Ever thought of buying a couch at Rochester and taking their Abacus insurance: stop right there !

June 2017, I bought the beautiful corner couch at Rochester, when they sold it they also sold insurance for to any damage.

Guess what! June the 07th I had visitors in my house, as I was busy with house choas one of my visitors was busy doing their nails without my knowledge. Then they mistakenly slipted the super clue, and when try to removed it come with a bit of leather

Guess what! There comes time to claim no errors insurance that I was paying on time everything month without no arrears. Mind you when they were giving you insurance they did did not stipulate we do not cover super clue or that if visitors damage we don't pay. When they logged incident claim, from the word go they just wrote reject due to customer abuse. And it was declined there from the start. And keep in mind that it was still under warranty
