Bad services from online purchase

I made an online order on the Rochester website for the Bellini Queen Headboard, Espresso and I was issued the following order number: ***. The delivery is supposed to be within 3 to 7 working days. However, even on 10 October 2019, I have received or heard anything about my delivery. I made the purchase on 09 September 2019 which is 30 days ago. I even called dozen times on the *** & the receptionist Palesa could not even direct me to the correct department!

The service is ridiculous & not expected from premium brand as Rochester.
