Bad services after paying

their service is really appalling . i bought an office desk at their store and i was promised that if i get them to deliver at a fee that would include the assembling of the desk too. come delivery time the delivery guys refused to assemble and i spoke to their manager Bongy who promised that she would send someone to do it and never did, so this just shows that after these people get your hard earned money they do not care if they deliver the services as promised.
