Bad services

The service and quality are worse than I thought it would be from a shop like Rochesters.

We are struggling a year now to get a new mattress and base due to our bedset that was faulty and now discontinued. They refuse to refund us and then insist to order us a new mattress, only the mattress, but then we need to pay R2000 for a guarantee on the mattress.

I will never buy anything from them again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone
